Library Clearance

Library clearance is an administrative service provided by the library to users, typically for students undergoing their final thesis defense, taking a leave of absence, transferring, or withdrawing. In issuing a library clearance letter, it certifies that the individual no longer has any active book loans, fines, or other administrative obligations at the library.

The procedure for processing a library clearance letter is as follows:

1. Ensuring that all borrowed books have been returned.

2. Students wishing to obtain a library clearance letter for their final thesis defense are required to pay a library book donation fee of: IDR 150,000 for the undergraduate program (Bachelor's/S1) and IDR 250,000 for the graduate program (Master's/S2). Payment is made via the academic information system (SIAKAD).

3. After paying the library book donation, students are requested to fill out the Google form below:

Attaching proof of the library book donation payment, which can be downloaded from SIAKAD - payment history. The Library Staff will promptly process the library clearance letter once the Google form is completely filled out.

Note:

✦ If you choose the hard copy, it will not be sent via email; please pick it up directly at the library.
